Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Keyan Watkins and wanted to talk about something that's been on my mind. It's been reported that Nicholas Miorana was wearing an ankle monitor when the shooting happened. This really makes me wonder about the effectiveness of the monitoring system and how someone under surveillance could still be involved in such a tragic incident. It’s a chilling thought that someone already on the justice system's radar could be part of this. My heart goes out to Keyan's family—no one should have to go through something like this.
