I've been thinking a lot about the younger guys involved, Lovance Wix and Donny Maxwell, and how they were used by Donald Reaux. It’s just so upsetting to imagine how easily young lives can be manipulated into carrying out such awful acts. What's even scarier is how it seems kids can be so impressionable and desperate or maybe just misguided enough to risk everything, not fully grasping the consequences. The DA's focus on preventing youth involvement in crimes is crucial—these teenagers still have their whole lives ahead of them, and somewhere down the line, their situation could have been different if someone had stepped in earlier. I can’t help but feel for their families who are probably going through their own type of grieving. Let's hope this case creates real change in how we protect and guide our youth. Thoughts and prayers are with Young Greatness' family; they should never have had to endure such a terrible loss.
