I can't stop thinking about how horrible that day on Gus Young Avenue must have been for everyone involved. My heart goes out to the families of Willie Kinchen and Berman Hudson. I learned from reading about Willie that his service was held at Rhodes United Fidelity Funeral Home, and I can only imagine how difficult that day must have been for those who loved him. It's deeply upsetting to see stories like this one, where lives are cut short and the community is left searching for answers. I really hope that the Baton Rouge Police Department finds those responsible and brings some measure of justice to Willie's and Berman's families and everyone else affected. It's tough to see these incidents continue to happen, and it just highlights how crucial it is to find lasting solutions to gun violence in Baton Rouge and beyond.
