I'm just trying to wrap my head around the tragedy that happened to Daytra Miller and her son, Robert. It really struck a chord with me when I read about the pain that Robert West Sr. is enduring, especially having to face the crime scene himself. I can't even begin to imagine the strength it must take just to get through each day after such a loss. What's been weighing on my mind is why haven't we heard about any witnesses or suspects? It's hard to believe that no one in such a close-knit community saw or heard anything. It makes me wonder if fear is keeping people silent or if there's something deeper at play that we don't know about. If you're local to Independence or the surrounding areas, please keep talking about this case. It’s so important to keep Daytra and Robert’s memory alive, and hopefully, encourage someone with information to come forward. My thoughts are with their family during this incredibly challenging time.
