I’ve been following Rodkeira Monique Nelson’s case closely, and my heart goes out to her family and friends. I can’t help but think about the mental toll this tragedy must have had on those who knew and loved her. It’s unimaginable to lose someone so young and full of potential. The neighborhood where the shooting occurred has always seemed so tight-knit, and I can’t imagine the shadow this has cast over them. Has anyone heard whether there have been any community efforts or vigils to honor Rodkeira’s memory and support her family? Sometimes, these community gatherings can really help to ease some of the grief and show that we’re all standing together to remember a beautiful soul lost too soon.
