I keep thinking about the surveillance footage showing Ortiz-Morales and Berthelot bringing bleach into the house. It's eerie to imagine the mindset of someone who could go through with such meticulous cleanup efforts right after something so horrifying happened. It's almost like they thought they could erase everything they did. My heart goes out to Whitney's family who have to live with the knowledge of these details. You can't help but wonder how different things might have been if those two men had gotten help for their addiction instead of trying to cover up a crime. I hope the justice system brings some semblance of peace to everyone who loved Whitney. Such a senseless loss.

Has anyone else been thinking about how the homeowners must be feeling in all this? I read that the murder happened in a home where Whitney, Zebbie, and Steven had been using drugs together. Imagine coming back to your own house to find something so unimaginable had happened inside. It's haunting to think about what the homeowner is dealing with. It's also interesting that they decided to use bleach for cleanup, a method you often see on TV. But in real life, I wonder if it's as effective as they thought in covering their tracks. This tragic situation could have gone very differently if decisions weren't made in a state of paranoia and fear. My heart goes out to Whitney's family. Nobody deserves to be remembered for the worst night of their life.
