Has anyone been following the Terrance Hall case from 2017? It's one of those stories that just sticks with you because it highlights such ongoing issues in Detroit. I was thinking about how the lack of witness cooperation impacts investigations like these, and it must be so frustrating for both the detectives working the case and for Terrance's family. I can't imagine how hard it is to know there might be people out there with information but who, for whatever reason, choose not to come forward. It's a reminder of how much community involvement matters in solving these crimes. Maybe if more people felt empowered or safe to share what they know, we could see more progress in cases like Terrance's. Also, I hope more widespread use of DNA analysis can change the tide. Anyone else have thoughts on what needs to shift to make a real impact?
