I've been thinking a lot about the impact of James Jerome Darby's life on his community in Abbeville. It's clear he was deeply loved by his family and respected at his workplace. I can't imagine the pain his parents, Tammy and James, must be experiencing, losing their son in such a senseless manner. It strikes me that James was laid to rest at the Greater Pleasant Green Baptist Church Cemetery, which speaks volumes about the faith and support network his family must have. I hope that whatever information the community can provide helps bring some answers and justice to the Darby family. This isn't just a loss for them, but for the community that seems to have lost a truly wonderful person. Let's keep supporting them and hoping for a resolution soon.
