I came across a flyer for Ronel Nicole Alsup while researching missing persons cases from 2006, and something stood out to me—her tattoos. It's curious that Ronel had such distinctive tattoos, like the butterfly on her shoulder and especially the one on her neck. I can't help but wonder if someone out there might recall seeing these tattoos, either back then or even since, on social media or elsewhere. Tattoos can be pretty memorable, and it makes me think there could still be hope that someone has noticed them without realizing their importance. Maybe someone new will come forward with a memory or sighting that could help bring some answers. Anyone who's local to Indianapolis, does this ring any bells?
