I've been thinking a lot about the lack of documentation in Ivon and Inisha Fowler's case. It's baffling that no school records were found after 2002 or 2003. How did they slip through the cracks for so long? With truancy laws and regular school reporting, you'd think someone would've noticed their absence sooner. It makes me wonder about the role and effectiveness of various systems that are supposed to protect children. Were there any neighbors or community members who ever spoke up, or were they just hidden away? I hope this prompts some deeper reflection and improvement in how we track and notice these things. It feels like the system failed these kids big time, and changes are definitely needed to prevent something like this from happening again. Thoughts?

Has anyone else delved into the background checks (or lack thereof) conducted by CYF before the twins’ disappearance was discovered? It's mind-blowing to think that Ivon and Inisha could have been missing for so many years without anyone in the system picking up on it. It seems there should have been some red flags considering there were other children involved. Were there failures in communication or perhaps overloaded case workers? The fact that there are no school records at all just adds to the mystery. It makes you wonder how this slipped through the cracks for so long. It’s just a tragic situation that seems to reflect deeper systemic issues. Let’s connect the dots if we can.

Has anyone looked into the aspect of Patricia's network or connections during the early 2000s? I've been thinking about how, despite her claims of the twins living with relatives, there doesn’t seem to be any firm evidence of their existence after 2003. It seems odd given how tight-knit many communities are around Pittsburgh; you'd think someone would have seen something. Could it be possible Patricia had acquaintances or moved in circles where people were less likely to speak up or question missing kids? Maybe delving into her social circles or any changes in her lifestyle during those years might provide some insight. It's a long shot, but could there have been any significant events or people disappearing from her life around the time the twins were last seen?
