I've been following the case of Daquan Johnson and Hassan Clayton, and it's just devastating to see our community facing such senseless violence. What really stands out to me is how the shooting happened in a club that was supposed to be closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. It's deeply concerning how these businesses were still operating, potentially putting more people at risk, both from violence and the pandemic. This raises a lot of questions about enforcement and oversight during such a critical time. I can't imagine the pain the families must be feeling, losing their loved ones in such a tragic and preventable way. It's clear that we as a community need to come together, not just to support those who have lost someone, but also to push for better measures to prevent these kinds of incidents from happening. If anyone has more information on how the community is responding or ways we can get involved to support the investigation, please share. My thoughts go out to the families and friends of both Daquan and Hassan.
