I recently came across this tragic case involving Gangwi Richardson-Alston and felt compelled to discuss the lack of progress in the investigation. It's so unsettling that after all this time, her family is still waiting for justice. From what I've read, Gangwi was such a pillar in the community, dedicating her life to helping others through her counseling and social work. It's just devastating that someone who did so much good could have their life cut short in such a violent manner. The lack of arrests or leads in the case is deeply frustrating. Given New Orleans' history with crime, it's concerning that this has gone unresolved for so long. I understand that police resources can be stretched thin, but it feels like more could be done, especially considering the Crimestoppers reward. Is it that no one really knows anything, or are people too afraid to come forward? It's such a painful reminder of the risks some communities face daily. If anyone here has any insight or updates, it would be great to hear them. The more awareness is raised, the better. Gangwi's family deserves closure, and the entire community deserves to feel safe again. Let's keep talking about her and pushing for answers.
