I’ve been following the case of Bradley Veal and his brothers, and I just can't stop thinking about the immense bravery that Bradley must have shown in those final moments. It's terrifying and tragic to imagine that kind of situation, but it also makes you reflect on the importance of community in times like these. The neighborhood around Carondelet and Eighth must be in shock, not just because something so terrible happened, but also because these young men were a part of their community. I hope that the people who live there can come together to remember Bradley and his brothers and to support the Veal family in any way they can. Maybe if more people raise their voices or come forward with information, it could help bring some form of justice. No one should have to endure such loss and uncertainty. My heart goes out to the family during this incredibly difficult time.
