I've been thinking a lot about the community's response to Kynlie and Kendall's tragedy, and I just wanted to express how moved I am by the support shown. It must be incredibly difficult for those students at L.J. Alleman Fine Arts Magnet Academy to process the loss of their classmate and friend. It's good to hear that the school provided counselors and social workers to help the students navigate their grief. While nothing can truly alleviate the pain of such a loss, having that kind of support can make such a difference, especially for kids who might be encountering something this profound for the first time. It's also important to consider what Jan and the extended family are going through right now. Having the community's understanding and compassion can be a tremendous source of strength for them. I really hope that they continue to find the support they need during this challenging time. Would love to hear thoughts from others on how we can best support those affected by such tragedies in our communities.
