I've been following Tishana Francis's case, and I can't stop thinking about how much potential was lost. It’s awful how her life was taken so suddenly and senselessly. Tishana was a college student, full of dreams and potential. I can't even imagine what her family is going through right now. It’s frustrating to hear that this shooting might have been a result of gang activity, yet the real target wasn’t even identified. The whole situation is terrifying, especially when you realize it happened in a neighborhood that was considered relatively safe. Given the buildup of tension in the area with increased gunfire and groups loitering, I’m hoping that more community engagement can lead to some answers. My thoughts are with Tishana’s loved ones, and I truly hope they find justice and peace. If anyone has additional information or resources for supporting victims' families, that could be really helpful for all of us who want to support them from afar.
