Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Ty’Quan Morris, and something that's been on my mind is the startling prevalence of gun thefts in personal vehicles. It’s unsettling to think about how easily a stolen firearm can end up being a part of something so tragic, like in Ty'Quan's case. This makes me wonder, are there any initiatives in Minden or neighboring areas to address and prevent gun thefts from parked vehicles? It just seems like such a small act of carelessness—leaving a gun in a truck—that can potentially lead to devastating consequences. I’m hoping this tragedy serves as a wake-up call for stricter measures or awareness campaigns, not just in Minden but in communities everywhere. I can't even begin to imagine the pain Ty'Quan's family is going through. My thoughts are with them and everyone impacted by this. Let's hope for justice for Ty'Quan, and maybe even some positive change to come from this. Would love to hear any thoughts on this or if anyone's seen effective prevention programs elsewhere.
