Does anyone know why Mark Giddens' case is being handled by the Winfield Police Department in Kansas? It's puzzling since he was last seen in Louisiana and possibly heading toward the Florida coast. Kansas seems way off his last known path. Was there some lead or sighting that brought them into the picture, or could it be a jurisdictional thing with another aspect of his case? Cases like this always have those frustrating mysteries within the mystery, and it can be really telling if we knew more about why another state got involved. Anyone with knowledge about how these things work or if there’s more to this than we know?
