Hey everyone, I’ve been following Joseph Scott’s disappearance for a while now, and something that puzzles me is the unconfirmed sighting in Tijuana back in 2015. Could it be just a case of mistaken identity, or was there really a chance he ventured that far south? With "Pookie" being known around the local casinos, I wonder if he made some connections that led him over the border. It's just so baffling that there have been so few leads over all these years. The trail seems so cold, but maybe someone out there knows something. If anyone has more insight on this specific sighting or any links to Mexico, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
