Has anyone looked into whether there were any unusual weather conditions in the Cherry Grove area around the time Kenneth Thies Jr. disappeared? The fact that the dogs came back separately and one was covered in mud makes me wonder if bad weather could have played a role. I've heard that sudden rain can quickly change the landscape in forested areas, making it treacherous and easy to get lost or stuck. It could be a stretch, but maybe it's worth considering if he was possibly caught in unexpected conditions. Would love to hear if anyone local remembers what the weather was like that day or if any reports were made. Feel free to share your thoughts!
