Has anyone heard anything new about the vehicle that was reportedly seen leaving the scene the night Rodrick Cooks was killed? I read somewhere that there might have been a dark-colored sedan, but I haven't seen any confirmation. It's so frustrating that there's so little information out there, and I can't imagine how hard it must be for Rodrick's loved ones waiting for answers. If anyone has more details or knows where to find updated info, please share. Rodrick deserves justice, and it's going to take all of us paying attention and speaking up to help solve this.

Has anyone else noticed how quiet the neighborhood in Metairie has become since Rodrick's murder? It's as if there's a collective holding of breath, waiting for answers that seem to be taking too long to arrive. I didn’t know Rodrick personally, but from what I’ve heard, he was a kind young man with a promising future ahead. It's a painful reminder of how senseless violence can shatter not just one life, but an entire community. It's been over a year, and we still have no arrests or clear understanding of what led to this tragedy. My heart goes out to his family and friends, who must be feeling the weight of uncertainty every single day. There have been whispers about potential motives, but nothing concrete. I can only hope that someone comes forward with crucial information soon. The community owes it to Rodrick—and to themselves—to see justice served. If anyone hears of any community vigils or gatherings in his memory or to support his family, please let us know. It's important to show that we remember and we care.
