I recently attended a candlelight vigil for Jamont "Tookie" Love, and it was one of those moments where the community truly came together. It’s so evident how much Jamont meant to everyone who knew him, and there were numerous heartfelt stories shared. I was particularly touched by his sister India’s words. She spoke about Jamont’s passion for music and how he could light up a room just by being there. It was an emotional evening, but it also highlighted how tight-knit the community is and how determined they are to find justice for him. If anyone has any more stories about what Jamont was like, it would be nice to hear. Sharing these memories might help us feel connected to him and each other during this unsettling time. ?️❤️

I came across Jamont "Tookie" Love’s case and have been thinking a lot about his family, especially his sisters and grandmother. I can't begin to imagine the pain of losing a sibling or grandson like that. It’s concerning that there still doesn't seem to be any solid information about the investigation or potential suspects. It's been a while, and the silence must be incredibly tough for those waiting for answers. Are there any local advocacy groups involved in trying to push for more transparency or updates from the authorities? This young man deserves justice, and his family deserves peace. If anyone's heard anything recent or knows steps we can take to support them from afar, please share.
