I've been following the D'Arrius M. Ross case, and it's just so upsetting to think about what his loved ones have gone through. One aspect that really stood out to me was the issue with the missing weapon. It feels like such a critical piece of the puzzle, and yet it just vanished. I'm not a legal expert, but I find it difficult to understand how a case can proceed without such crucial evidence. Did anyone else think the absence of the gun played a huge part in the jury’s decision? My heart goes out to D’Arrius’s family, who must be grappling with so many unanswered questions and the feeling of injustice. These cases really shed light on the imperfections in the system, don’t they? Would love to hear what others think about how this case unfolded.
