Has anyone else come across information about the lack of surveillance footage in Steven Wood's case? It seems strange to me that there were reportedly several people present during the altercation outside the motel, yet there aren't any solid leads on who the aggressor was. I can't help but wonder if there were any cameras nearby, either from the motel itself or from surrounding businesses. In a bustling area like Pacific Beach, especially around venues where folks gather at night, you’d think there'd be some video evidence that could have helped the investigation. Steven's family and friends are undoubtedly seeking justice and closure. It's frustrating to think that a bit of technology, like a street or security camera, could have pointed the authorities in the right direction. Are there discussions anywhere about efforts to address the issue of insufficient surveillance in key parts of the city? My heart goes out to Steven's loved ones who have been left in the dark about what really happened that night.
