In so many cases, surveillance videos can provide crucial insights into the events leading up to such tragedies. I'm really hoping the police have obtained and thoroughly reviewed any available footage. It would offer a clearer picture of the moments leading up to the shooting. My heart goes out to Richard's family during this difficult time. The waiting and uncertainty must be such an additional burden for them. Keeping them in my thoughts and hoping for justice to be served.
