It's so distressing to think about Alejandro Quiroz's final moments, especially since it seemed like he had been spending time with someone who he might have seen as a temporary companion. Imagine having a drink and sharing a brief human connection, only for the situation to turn so violently. It's genuinely haunting and makes one wonder about the interactions leading up to that tragic encounter. Dacunha returning on a bicycle just adds an eerie layer to this whole situation. I can’t help but think about the weight of betrayal Alejandro might have felt. Sending strength and love to his family and friends who are navigating this incredibly difficult loss. ?
I’ve been following the Alejandro Quiroz case, and something that's been on my mind is the role surveillance footage played in solving this. It's chilling to think how a simple act of gathering video from surrounding businesses can piece together such a tragic event. Thanks to those cameras, the Kenner PD was not only able to identify Dacunha but build a solid case against him. It's a small comfort to know that justice could be pursued for Alejandro because of this technology, but I keep thinking about how none of this can bring him back. My thoughts are with his family and friends as they try to find closure amid such an unthinkable loss. Does anyone else have thoughts about the increasing use of surveillance in solving cases like this?
