There have been some posts here about Richard Jay Broskie's tragic case, and my heart goes out to his family and friends who have been seeking closure for so many years. I'm curious if anyone has insights into the specific challenges the San Diego Police Department faces when investigating homicides like this one. It seems there have been several similar cases that remain unsolved. Are there particular geographical issues, or perhaps resource limitations within the department? No matter the hurdles, it must be unbelievably frustrating for families to feel as though justice is just out of reach. I really hope that with continued public engagement and new technological advancements in crime-solving, we start to see more progress in cases like Broskie's. Thoughts?
Has anyone else been following the Richard Broskie case? It’s been nearly a decade, and it’s frustrating to see no closure for his loved ones. One thing I stumbled upon recently is the significance of his burial location in New Jersey. It got me thinking about his ties to the East Coast. Does anyone know if there’s been any investigation into connections or activities he might have had back there? Even though he was living in California, maybe there’s something or someone from that part of his life who could offer a clue. It’s a long shot, but sometimes the key to these cases can come from unexpected places. If anyone has any info or possible leads, even the smallest tip could be crucial—it’s easy to share things anonymously with San Diego Crime Stoppers. Hoping one day that his family gets the answers they deserve.
