I've been following Dominic Tomlin's case closely, and something that stands out to me is the location where his body was found. It’s so haunting to think about how isolated and vulnerable it must’ve been on those tracks in the middle of the night. I can't imagine the fear and confusion Dominic must have felt. The fact that the authorities initially thought it was a train accident, only to find out he had been tragically shot, just makes it even more chilling.
This makes me wonder about the possible motive—was it possibly someone he knew, or was it completely random? It's hard not to speculate, but all we really want is for justice to be served. My heart goes out to his family and friends during this unimaginably difficult time. It’s a small consolation that the NOPD is treating this as a homicide now and hopefully working tirelessly to find answers. I am so heartbroken over this case. He was a child. How can anyone do this to a child? I can't even imagine the pain and heartache the family is going through. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. Nothing but peace and love to Dominic's family and friends.

Wow, I'm absolutely appalled by what happened to Dominic Tomlin. I've been following the case, and one thing that really troubles me is how Dominic's death was initially mistaken for a train accident. NOPD doesn't care... We didn't have money...Still don't.. I honestly don't believe his death was ever investigated. 1 of his "friends" mother came to our house and threatened to have him killed. I called NOPD n the cop didn't even make a report.. n a month later I had to identify him.. N the detective cut off contact with us... his family not even 3 weeks later...

This is a child! How infuriating. I can't even express or even imagine how awful this is and to be ignored??? WTH?
