I’ve been following Duquares Smith’s case from Baton Rouge, and I can’t stop thinking about how much this loss impacts his loved ones. From what I’ve gathered, Duquares was a beloved community member, with many friends and family who are undoubtedly devastated by his untimely passing. It’s so disheartening that after all this time, there still aren’t any suspects. I'm really hoping that someone with information will find the courage to come forward so justice can be served, not just for him but for everyone who cared about him. If anyone lives near Sherwood Street or has heard anything, please contact the authorities. His family deserves answers.
