I've been thinking a lot about how terrifying it must have been for Lori in those final moments. Being attacked while out on a seemingly normal day with her daughter, it's just unimaginable. I can't stop wondering about the people who had seen her that day. It's chilling to think that someone might have seen Dale lurking or acting suspiciously and not realized the danger he posed. And then there's Alexis, left alone and crying in the car—does anyone know if there were witnesses who could describe any unusual behavior near the parking lot? My heart is with Lori's family; they must live with this nightmare every day. I hope they got some closure knowing the man responsible for taking Lori away from them was caught and prosecuted. Every detail in this case matters because it reinforces the importance of vigilance and community awareness.
