Hey everyone, I wanted to take a moment to talk about something that’s been on my mind about Samuel "Lil’ Sam" Walker’s case. It’s beyond frustrating that there's still no justice for him. What's really been on my mind is how we can support the community in the wake of such devastating losses. The whole neighborhood seemed to be heartbroken, and I can't imagine the trauma that everyone there is dealing with. Seeing how these families come together in moments like this gives a bit of hope in such a dire situation. Despite the challenges with identifying those responsible, what can we do as outsiders to help bring attention to his story? Does anyone know of any community groups or initiatives working to tackle gang violence in Chicago that we might be able to support from afar? Any insights would be great. I can't help but feel like we all need to do more somehow. Thanks, everyone.
