Has anyone looked into the possibility of Sonia and Fernando creating new identities in Mexico or Guatemala? It might explain how they've managed to stay under the radar despite the felony warrants. As sad as this situation is, sometimes when a case goes cold, it's because the individuals involved have completely reinvented themselves. I wonder if local authorities in those areas have been tapped thoroughly enough to trace any leads or suspicious new residents. It's such a frustrating and mysterious case—I really hope that Evelin and her sisters are safe and will be found soon. If anyone has insights or thoughts on this angle, I'd love to hear them.
Does anyone else find it strange that there's so little media coverage about the Coria-Coronado case? I mean, it's been years, and we have four missing girls and their non-custodial parents with serious charges against them. You'd think there would be more ongoing updates or pressure to keep this case in the public eye. I get that resources are limited and that it's a challenging case, especially if they fled to another country, but it makes me wonder how many cases like this go unnoticed or forgotten over time. What can we do to keep these cases alive and ensure these kids aren't just another statistic?
