I keep coming back to the detail about Juan being in the kitchen when he was shot. It’s haunting to think about because the kitchen is such a personal and everyday space—a place where families gather and share moments together. I can't stop thinking about what was going through Juan's mind right before it happened. It’s easy to overlook how terrifying it must have been to be caught off guard in his own home, doing something as routine as washing dishes. The fact that there was no known motive or suspects makes it even harder for Juan's family to find any peace. Living with such uncertainty must be incredibly difficult for them. I hope that someone out there knows something and finds the courage to come forward, even if it seems small. Every little detail could potentially help bring resolution to his loved ones and some measure of justice for Juan. Sending strength and hope to his family.
