Does anyone else think it's significant that this happened right in the middle of their move? Moving can be super stressful, and I wonder if all the chaos contributed to his refusal to seek medical help after the fall. Maybe he didn't want to add more stress or worried about delaying things further. It seems curious that he disappeared right after a big transition like this, especially with the recent head injury. I hope they can track down where he might have gone and find out if the injury impacted him more than anyone realized. It just feels like the timing and circumstances can't be a coincidence. Thoughts?

Hey everyone, I came across something that struck me about Short's case and wanted to share a theory. What if the fall and seizure-like episode he had was more serious than it seemed? Could he have suffered a concussion or something that worsened over the next two days? We know he was disoriented, but rejecting medical help is not uncommon for someone who might be confused or not fully aware of what’s happening to them medically. It's so concerning to think that he might just be out there, lost and unable to ask for help, especially if he can't remember details about himself or where he lives. Also, I wonder why he didn’t take any of his belongings with him when he walked out of the house. Did he leave in a hurry because he was scared or confused about something? Or, maybe he was sleepwalking and just wandered off without realizing. His mom's belief that he could be homeless is even more worrying. It's been years, and if he really is struggling with memory issues, he could be anywhere by now. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts. Do you think it's possible for someone to survive this long with memory loss, and what more can be done to help people like Short find their way back home?
