Hey everyone,
I've been following Cass Stello Singleton's case for a while now, and something that's really been on my mind are the layers of community grief and how it impacts everyone involved. Each life lost ripples through families and neighborhoods, spreading pain and fear. Singleton was not only a talented young rapper but also a beloved friend and family member.
I've noticed that after his tragic murder, it seems like a lot of his peers in the local music scene have shown incredible resilience and dedication to using their voices for change. Has anyone else seen any movements or advocacy efforts that have sprung up because of this tragedy? It seems like sometimes, out of these horrific events, there's a push for the community to rally together and try to make a difference. It’s sad that it takes loss to catalyze action, but I'm curious if anyone knows more about how Singleton's circle has been coping and fighting back?
