Has anyone else looked into the weather conditions on April 25, 2015, when Rusty Casey was last seen? I’m curious if bad weather could've played a role in his disappearance or if it might have just added complications to an already mysterious situation. I wasn't able to find any info about storms or anything like that on that date, but maybe someone has access to historical weather data for Lawrence, MA around that time? Sometimes tiny details like these can make things make a bit more sense, or at least rule out some theories. What do you guys think?
Has anyone looked into the possibility of Rusty being hit by a vehicle on Route 28 the night he disappeared? I know it sounds pretty straightforward, but given how dangerous that stretch of road can be for pedestrians, it's surprising there hasn't been more focus on this angle. The fact that his remains were found not too far from where he was last seen suggests something may have happened to him there. I've heard of cases where drivers panic and leave the scene, not realizing they've hit a person. Has there been any mention of witnesses or dashcam footage from that night? It seems like a busy road, surely someone must have seen something, even if it was just a lone figure walking in the dark.
Did anyone else notice the proximity of where Lorne Casey was last seen and where his remains were eventually found? It's unsettling how close it is to the route he used to walk.
