I’ve been following Everick Lamont Dukes' case for a while and recently learned about some of the steps his family has taken to keep the investigation alive. It’s clear how dedicated they are to finding justice for him. I read that they’ve been working tirelessly to raise awareness, organizing events and vigils to ensure that his story isn’t forgotten. It must be incredibly difficult for them to keep pushing forward with so few leads, but their resilience and strength are commendable. I wonder if there have been any updates or shifts in the investigation strategy over the years? Maybe fresh eyes on the case could bring new perspectives. If anyone in Chicago knows more, or has ideas on how they might support the family or the investigation, please reach out. Every bit of support counts in helping them find closure.
