I was reading through some old news reports on the Matthew Lange case and something struck me. Is it just me, or does it seem really unusual for a school like Scullen Middle School to have malfunctioning security cameras right when something like this happens? It feels like such a missed opportunity for critical evidence that might have helped solve the case sooner.
I can only imagine how devastating this must be for Matthew’s family, especially his son, who was so close yet completely unaware at the time. It makes you wonder how things might have been different if there had just been some footage to guide the investigation. I hope someone out there remembers something or maybe has a piece of information that didn't seem important at the time. My thoughts are with the Lange family, and I truly hope they find the answers they're looking for.
Does anyone else feel perplexed by the lack of footage from the night of Matthew Lange's tragic shooting? It just seems so bizarre that at a middle school, of all places, the security cameras weren't functioning. I can only imagine how frustrating this must be for his family. It's haunting to think how such technical issues can hinder justice. If the cameras had been working, we might be looking at a completely different situation now. As a parent myself, this hits close to home, and my heart truly goes out to Matthew's family and especially his young son who must be grappling with so many difficult emotions. Let's hope someone comes forward with information soon. Keeping the Lange family in my thoughts.
Hey everyone,
I've been thinking about the logistics surrounding Matthew Lange's murder, particularly the lack of working security cameras at Scullen Middle School that night. It's seriously baffling to me how something like this could happen. Schools usually have such systems in place for safety and security, yet on the day when they were most needed, they failed. It makes you wonder if this was just a coincidence or if there's more to it. Given how central the school is to the events, I can't help but feel this could have provided crucial evidence or at least deterred the perpetrator. My heart goes out to Matthew's family, especially since his son was inside attending class when all of this unfolded. It's unsettling to think that one small defect could have such a massive impact on a family searching for answers. Thoughts on why the cameras might not have been working? Maybe someone with insight into school security systems could weigh in.
Stay safe, everyone, and thanks for keeping this conversation going.
