I came across Jennifer Lee Brown's case recently and something caught my attention—her tattoos. I've been wondering if they might be key in identifying her, especially given that she was known to be around Portland's local parks and the transient community, where tattoos can be pretty memorable. Has anyone heard if there have been any checks done in areas where folks get inked? Maybe someone might recall her last visit or any chatter about her. Tattoos can often carry personal or significant value that might connect to her state of mind or places she frequented. Also, has anyone checked with the local tattoo parlors for any ink she might have gotten around the time she left? Just a thought since tattoos make such distinct identifiers.
