I came across Tony S. Britton Jr.'s story as I was reading about unsolved cases in Chicago, and I can't stop thinking about how his family must feel with so many unanswered questions and no justice yet. It's terrifying that in such a large city, people can just disappear into silence after committing such horrific acts. I'm particularly interested in how the community rallies around the families in these cases. It's amazing to see how people come together for vigils and awareness campaigns, but it also makes me wonder if there’s more we can do at the grassroots level to support investigations. I really hope someone with information does the right thing and comes forward because families like Tony's deserve closure. Plus, bringing these perpetrators to justice might just prevent future tragedies. What have others seen work in terms of community support in similar cases?
