Hey everyone, I've been following the Jose Pacheco case closely and I'm really struck by the impact it's had on the Danville community. I can't even begin to imagine what his family and friends are going through as they wait for answers. It must be incredibly difficult seeing the investigation go through so many twists and turns. Something that stands out to me is how dedicated the police and Vermilion County's legal team are in handling this case. It’s been almost two years, and they're still actively pursuing justice. The fact that there's no statute of limitations for murder charges in Illinois gives me hope that they’ll eventually find the right person responsible. I think it’s a reminder that in cases like these, patience and perseverance are key. Thinking of Jose's family during this terribly uncertain time. Let’s hope justice is found soon.
