Hey everyone. I've been reading through some of your posts about Jonathan Jackson, and one thing that really struck me was the detail about the man waiting outside the crime scene, mentioning his sister was in the van during the shooting. I can’t even begin to imagine the terror she must have felt in those moments. It's scary to think how someone could be so callous and violent with innocent people around, including family. I feel for the community in the West Side who had hopes and dreams for Jonathan’s future and are now left with questions and grief. It's hard to grasp the scale of pain this has caused. I hope there are people who might have witnessed something that night who can come forward and help bring some peace to Jonathan’s family. This violence has got to stop. We owe it to Jonathan and every other victim to keep speaking their names until justice is served. Keep sharing, keep looking out for one another, and hopefully, answers will come soon.
