Just came across the case of Lovon Jordan and Priest Young, and it’s devastating to see it still unsolved. It must be incredibly hard for their families not to have any closure. I wanted to mention how impactful community involvement could be here. Chicago Survivors has been amazing by providing help and resources, but I feel like if more local residents came together to share anything suspicious they’ve seen or heard, it might really give the investigation a push. West Garfield Park has been through so much, and it's sad to see this violence going unchecked. Hoping some fresh leads come soon and justice is finally served for these young men and their loved ones.

I've been following the case of Lovon Jordan and Priest Young from a distance, and it just breaks my heart to see another instance of young lives lost too soon. The details surrounding their deaths have been minimal, and it's frustrating that there hasn’t been much progress in the investigation. I've heard so many people speaking highly of Lovon, mentioning his bright personality and the plans he had for his future. It's just so devastating that those plans were cut short. It seems like violence has such a strong grip on some areas, and the community efforts for change sometimes go unheard. I really hope that anyone who knows something feels compelled to share whatever they can. It's unimaginable what both families are going through, and they deserve answers and justice for their loved ones. Let's not allow these young men to be just another statistic. They mattered, and their story deserves to be told in full.
