Just came across this case while browsing, and my heart goes out to Raymond Figgers' family. From what I've read, this tragic incident took place right in front of a Salvation Army Community Center. It’s just so unsettling to think that a place designed to help and support the community became the backdrop for something so violent. It really makes me wonder about the role such locations could play in preventing violence since they're often hubs for people looking for a positive change. Maybe there's room for more community-led initiatives, partnerships with local organizations, or even increased security measures to foster safer environments around these centers. Anyone else have thoughts on how community centers could be part of the solution in preventing similar tragedies?
