I’ve been following Maria Coronel's tragic case since it happened, and it’s deeply upsetting to think about what her twin sister and young nieces went through that night. It must have been terrifying for them to witness such a senseless act of violence right in front of their eyes. I can't even begin to imagine the trauma they are dealing with. What bothers me is how vulnerable these young women were, just sitting in their car after a harmless night of trick-or-treating, something so many families do. It’s a reminder that these tragedies can happen to anyone, anywhere, and the randomness of it is chilling. I really hope someone comes forward with information or that the police get a lead soon. Maria and her family deserve justice, and the community needs to push for a resolution so that they can find some peace. Please, if anyone knows anything, don’t hesitate to speak up. Every small detail might help solve this case. Let’s keep Maria’s family in our thoughts and do what we can to support them.

Hey everybody, I've been thinking a lot about the terrifying situation that Maria Coronel's twin sister and nieces went through that night. It's hard to imagine the trauma and confusion those little girls must have felt amid such violence. The thought of the two of them, barely able to understand what's happening, witnessing something so awful, just sends chills down my spine. I truly hope that they're receiving all the care and support they need to cope with this nightmare. Has anyone heard if there are support groups or resources in place for them? It's important we ensure they have every opportunity to heal from this tragic experience. What a vibrant night of joy and community turned into a complete nightmare, and no one — especially children — should ever have to experience that. My heart goes out to them and the entire Coronel family.
