I wanted to bring up something about Huda Al-Jaburi’s case that’s been on my mind—her incredible resolve and dedication as a mother. It seems like she was truly doing her best to protect and provide for her twin boys while handling what we now know was an unimaginably difficult situation with her ex-husband. It's deeply upsetting to think about what those moments must have been like for her, knowing she was in danger, yet trying to maintain some normalcy for her kids. And those poor boys, witnessing such a traumatic scene. It's a reminder of the silent battles so many face behind closed doors and the importance of community support and resources for domestic abuse survivors. I hope the fundraisers for the twins are successful in providing them with the stability they need moving forward. It must give them some comfort to know so many people care about their future. Keeping them and Huda in my thoughts.
