Hello everyone,
I've been following the tragic case of Brandon Sutka, and something that's really been on my mind is the aftermath for Brandon's family and friends. The suddenness of such an event must be incredibly difficult to process. Losing someone dear in a violent way adds an indescribable layer of trauma. I often wonder how people find the strength to continue and what kind of support systems are available for them in a city like Chicago. It’s important that they have a community to lean on during this time, whether it’s through support groups or counseling.
Does anyone here have insights or resources on how families and friends cope with such tragedies? How do you think the community can better support those who are left to deal with the aftermath?
