Have any of you heard about Shukeyina Godfrey's murder case from 2019? I stumbled upon an old news article and was struck by the senselessness of it all. I can't imagine what her family and friends have been going through these past years. Over 100 bullet holes in her truck—it's almost indescribable. Detective Gillespie from the Cold Case Unit is now taking a deeper look into the case, and I'm hoping this means there's still a chance for justice. It's truly shocking that no one has been brought in after such a public and violent act. Perhaps someone out there knows something, even the smallest detail, that could help move things forward. My thoughts are with her loved ones as they continue to push for answers and accountability. Anyone else following this case or know more updates? ?️
