This bureaucratic mistake is a glaring reminder of the human side behind those reports and numbers. My heart goes out to Bryan’s loved ones who have to navigate this unfathomable loss and confusion while seeking justice. With the Gresham area seeing so much violence, it's crucial for the community and law enforcement to work more closely together to prevent these errors and support victims' families better. I hope we can see more transparency and improvement in these processes going forward.
