Has anyone considered the weather conditions around Eagle Pass on the night Carlos went missing? I've been thinking about how exhausting it must have been to walk for 18 hours without a break, especially if the weather wasn't favorable. Was it unusually cold or rainy that night, making it harder for Carlos to find his way? Weather can often play a huge role in these kinds of situations. Maybe if we can find out the conditions that night, it might provide some insights or avenues the search efforts haven't explored. Does anyone have any information or links to weather reports from that date?
Has anyone else been following the case of Carlos Costilla Espinoza? I've been thinking about something that doesn't seem to get much attention. When Carlos ran off that night, it was after nearly 18 hours of walking without food or rest. Could hunger or exhaustion have caused him to become disoriented, maybe leading him to get lost or trapped somewhere? It's such rugged terrain out there, and it makes me wonder if more could be done to search those surrounding areas thoroughly. Has there been any thorough search efforts by local volunteer groups or maybe rescue dogs involved? It feels like some fresh eyes or different resources could make a difference in discovering what happened. It must be incredibly difficult for his family not knowing, and I hope they find the answers they deserve soon.
Does anyone else find it strange that there isn't much info about Carlos' mental state before he got agitated and ran off? I mean, 18 hours is a long time to be on foot without any food or rest, but I wonder if there was more to it than just exhaustion. Maybe someone saw something during the crossing that wasn't reported? Could it be possible he was disoriented from dehydration, or maybe there was something else that triggered him? If anyone has experience with similar border crossings, it would be interesting to hear about it, especially any signs of distress that might not be so obvious. Hoping his family can get the answers they're looking for.
