Posting this in hopes of gathering any fresh insights or theories. I’ve been following the case of Gilbert Valdes Jr. for a while, and something that’s been on my mind is the weather conditions that day. I've read that the waters near Cedar Key can get pretty rough. Does anyone know if there were specific weather anomalies reported during their trip that might've contributed to the capsizing of the boat? Were there unexpected currents or a sudden storm that day? It's puzzling how two of the men managed to survive while Gilbert did not, especially since they were found so close to each other. I’m curious if anyone has information on this particular aspect or if experts have weighed in on how these conditions could have affected their survival.
